It just keeps getting messier for Usher.

This week, Laura Helm, who was previously referred to as "Jane Doe," went public and filed a $20 million lawsuit accusing Usher of giving her herpes. Separately, a man claiming he met Usher at a Koreatown spa is also saying they had sex and the Grammy winner gave him herpes. Now, there is another accusation to add to the pile.

Usher's attorney, Zia Modabber, told TMZ, "Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters."

We will keep you posted as more info surfaces.
