Report: Georgia Court Is Demanding To See Joseline And Stevie J's Baby
Last week, it was reported that Stevie J and Joseline were issued a court-ordered demand to stop trash talking one another for two years. That seems like a hefty feat for this couple, but not the court is getting involved and, allegedly, it has to do with the whereabouts of their daughter.
According to Bossip.com, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars are in the middle of family court and their daughter, Bonnie Bella, hasn't been seen by a court-appointed monitor in weeks. "Bonnie Bella’s court-ordered monitor told Judge Jane Barwick that she asked Joseline several times about the baby’s whereabouts, but hasn’t been given the chance to see her, which she is entitled to under the court order. The monitor said she contacted Joseline almost two weeks ago, and the Puerto Rican Princess’ lawyer told her that Bonnie and her nanny were in Florida while her mother 'was out of town.'"
In addition, Joseline was supposed to bring Bonnie to court in Georgia on September 25 but never showed up. The monitor, "wants the judge to issue an order barring both parents from leaving Georgia with the baby until further notice."
The court-appointed monitor was brought in to evaluate Stevie and Joseline's ability as parents, especially after accusations (from both of them) of drugs and mental health issues. Allegedly, both Joseline and Stevie are expected to be in court today. We'll see if Joseline and Bonnie Bella make an appearance.
