Ray J had fans of morning talk show The Real scratching their heads yesterday after he made an Instagram post claiming that he was in transition to join the panel talk show full time.

While it was fun playing the guessing game, the ladies of The Real set the record straight, basically saying issa lie.

It all started when the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood cast member posted the below image to IG with the caption, "Looks like a [sic] got a new job!!! Stay tuned!! #TheRealwithRayJ."

At the top of yesterday's episode, the ladies addressed his claim and left no grey areas in their explanation.

"I talked with the executives and producers and there’s no talks of hiring you, Ray J," co-host Loni Love said with a laugh.
