Tracee Ellis Ross Found A Foolproof Way To Show Men How To Not Sexually Harass Women

If this doesn't work, nothing will.

Tracee Ellis Ross has been on a roll lately with her hosting duties — she's such a natural — and her latest A-list gig was her guest-host spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday night.

The hilarious actress took the time during her opening monologue to school men everywhere about the widespread problem of sexual assault and harrassment. And she even introduced a clever teaching tool to help relay her message: a children's book.

The Black-ish star started her powerful opener, calling harassment "a systemic problem" that "has enabled a culture of inequity to persist for far too long."

Her words that followed gave men a clear guideline of rules to follow so that this problem can be rectified for good.

"Treating another human being with respect isn't complicated, but it seems a bit confusing for a lot of men out there," she said. "So, I wrote a book. It's kind of a children's book for men that is going to make this really simple and just bring it back to the basics."

Holding up the book, aptly titled The Handsy Man, to the camera, Ross explained that it provides all the details for men to differentiate what is considered inappropriate and vice versa.

She even recited an excerpt from the genius piece of literature.

"You may not compliment my butt/You may not call me 'ho' or 'slut'/And even if you're stoned or drunk, do not expose me to your junk," she read. "And if I am your employee, don't rest your hand upon my knee/No, I won't sit on your lap/I shouldn't have to say this crap."

This one is sure to be a best-seller.
