The actor, who has also been featured in the likes of Cold Case and Bones, was reportedly arrested after the verbal altercation turned physical, resulting in someone calling 911.

Law enforcement officially claim that when the cops arrived, they discovered that the alleged victim had minor injuries. However, it was enough for the police to put Kennedy in handcuffs and take him to the station.

He was held on $50,000 bail and was released on Sunday.
