It is being reported that Kylie Jenner's attorney has gotten her removed from the messy lawsuit involving her brother Rob Kardashian and his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna. However, it seems as Chyna and her legal team are taking credit for the decision.
According to Radar Online, Chyna and her lawyer Lisa Bloom are claiming victory in the case and even released a statement to the site.
"We have maintained from the beginning that Kylie Jenner's case against my client Blac Chyna was meritless," she said. "We are pleased that after six months of litigation we were able to force Ms. Jenner to dismiss her case."
This all comes in connection with Rob suing the former stripper back in December 2016 for reportedly trying to choke him with an iPhone charging cord and striking him while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
In the suit, it was also alleged that Chyna trashed the home he was renting from Kylie at the time, garnering $100,000 in damages.
Even though Rob repaired the damages himself, Kylie was included in the case by her previous lawyer. However, her current attorney, Shawn Holley, took that into account and had her removed from the case with the judge denying Chyna's request for her to sit through the deposition.
