Nick Gordon’s behavior since being accused of domestic assault against current girlfriend Laura Leal has been nothing less than odd.

This played itself out again recently after footage surfaced of an arrest made against Gordon back in March. In the video, obtained by TMZ, you can see him grab the female arresting officer and seemed incapable of answering even the most basic of questions.

The video was shot in Seminole County, Florida and shows the officer telling Gordon to get off his phone and to not touch her while they’re talking. “Don't touch me, do not touch me,” she’s heard saying. “Get your hands off of me.”

Gordon is then asked to state his name, which he ignored and simply said, “I don't care. Like, I don't care. I want her to go please.” Gordon claims she “flipped out,” then made the most eye-rolling statement.

“I'm a famous person, she's done this to me,” he says. “I don't go to jail over things like this. My lawyer is Jose Baez.”

It would be Leal’s injuries that would eventually have Nick Gordon arrested and later booked on battery charges. Leal refused to press charges of her own. The alleged attack reportedly left Leal with a bloody lip.
