Judge Makes Decision In Teairra Mari’s Case Against 50 Cent

One of them suffers a major blow.

With the recent Instagram leaking of Teairra Mari's sex tape, the reality star has taken legal action against her ex, Akbar Andul-Ahad, and his friend 50 Cent, claiming they both teamed up to expose her.

Now, a judge has officially made a decision regarding the restraining order the singer filed against the rapper.

According to TMZ, the judge denied the Love & Hip Hop starlet the restraining order filed against the Power actor in her revenge porn case.

To make matters worse, Mari's attorney, Lisa Bloom, is blasting the judge for getting "too technical" in regards to what it means to be "engaging" in a sexual act. This is all in connection to 50 reposting the photo of the "Make Her Feel Good" singer with semen all over her face.

Bloom claims that the judge only denied the motion "because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client's face, showed her 'engaged' in a sexual act."

The now infamous lawyer also went on to further claim that the judge was not fully convinced that the "Candy Shop" rapper would post the photo again, urging her to say, "Common sense dictates that photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban."

While 50 Cent is now free to go, Akbar is set to face the judge later this month.
