Steve Harvey’s Show Is Not Canceled, Rumors Get Shot Down By His Team

Looks like fake news.

Stories began circulating earlier this week, detailing the alleged canceling of Steve Harvey's daytime talk show, STEVE, with The Hollywood Reporter highlighting that Kelly Clarkson's forthcoming program is slated to replace his slot.

Steve Harvey's rep reached out to BET.com to clarify that Harvey's show will remain on the air, in addition to a few more pertinent details surrounding the show, moving forward.

According to Harvey's rep, nothing has changed about the current season of STEVE and Clarkson will only be replacing his slot as a lead-in to The Ellen Degeneres Show in some markets. STEVE, the nationally syndicated one-hour daytime show, airs on stations owned by Cox Media Group, Capitol, E.W. Scripps, Gray, Hearst, Meredith Corp., Mission, NBCU Television, Nexstar, Quincy, Raycom, Sinclair, Tegna and Tribune.

Per their statement, viewers will need to check their local listings to find out when Steve will air in their respective locations.

Ultimately, Harvey's rep further stresses that his show has not been canceled.
