Vivica A. Fox Explains Why She Called Phaedra Parks A 'Toxic Trick' Over Ex 50 Cent

"I tried to get over it. I did."

It's no secret by now that Kenya Moore isn't the only Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member who Vivica A. Fox doesn't fancy as Phaedra Parks recently got under her skin for making what she considered to be a shady comment involving her ex, 50 Cent.

While many thought the beef was dead following the actress brutally dragging the former Housewife online, the topic was rehashed during a recent interview, motivating Fox to give a bit more context on what went down.

Fans of the Two Can Play That Game star may recall that, earlier this year, Fox blasted Parks on social media after a photo of the former RHOA star and the rapper went viral.

Parks posted the photo to her Instagram account with a caption that Fox felt was shady. This pushed her to make a post of her own, calling the attorney-turned-reality starlet an unemployed "toxic trick."

Most recently, during a recent appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, Fox clarified that she and Parks are still at odds.

"I had just seen Phaedra in New York and I think the thing that bothered me the most is that I thought Phaedra and I were cool," she said. "I was like, 'Why would you do that?' And I had just referred her to my makeup artist. You just don't do that. You don't use someone's makeup artist, post their name to it and then throw a [makes jab movement] at me. I was like, 'Really?'"

After adding that she "tried to get over it," she mentioned that she slept on it and got a second opinion on the reality star's approach to confirm if it was actually a shady gesture.

"I sent it to a friend when I woke up a little bit later," she continued. "And I said, 'Are you sensing some shade?' And they're like, 'Yeah.' And when it got out, she texted me. I thought that was so fake. I was like, 'B***h, really?'"
