The man who former Basketball Wives LA star Sundy Carter accused of drugging and sexually assaulting her was reportedly arrested by police and further charged with revenge porn.

According to The Blast, Carter filed a police report back in August with the Los Angeles Police Department detailing the incident and accusing Demetrius Green of violating her then posting the video on social media.

As the incident allegedly took place in Philadelphia, Carter also met with law enforcement officials there and filed an additional report. Philly cops arrested Green on September 21 in relation to the reality star's accusations.

He was reportedly charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, possession of any instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally, and harassment. All of the charges were recorded as misdemeanors.

While sources close to Carter firmly believed she was also sexually assaulted by Green, the District Attorney found there was insufficient evidence in place to charge him for that crime. He was given bail of $2,500 and bonded out on the same day he was arrested.

Carter will come face-to-face with Green in court on Thursday (October 11).
