Actor Kaalan “KR” Walker has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault.
According to PEOPLE, the charges were levied on Tuesday (October 23) for alleged rapes that date back to 2016.
The 23-year-old, who recently starred in the drama Kings alongside Halle Berry and Daniel Craig, was first arrested in Van Nuys, California last month after police connected him to a string of sexual assaults. The Los Angeles Police Department claims that Walker began contacting aspiring models though the web in 2016 and promised them opportunities for work.
Over a two-year-span, the actor would get the women alone and then sexually assault them. A total number of how many women were allegedly target is unknown.
Walker has been charged with nine separate counts of felony sexual assault. He is currently in custody, being held on $1,080,000 bail. His next court date scheduled for November 14.
KR Walker made his film debut in Kings, but his first major gig came during two episode appearances on the television series In Contempt and a role in the SuperFly remake.
