It's been a dramatic week for celebrities, ranging from Remy Ma slamming fans for asking about her hip-hop rival to Lee Daniels making a shocking confession.
See what some of your favorite famous faces had to say, below:
“Please stop talking to me about their dumb a*s, wack a*s rap b*****s. I don’t care.”
"When I decided that I was going to get divorced from Peter and the new season was beginning to tape, I went to the producers and said, 'I have a deal breaker. I'm going to be getting a divorce but I refuse to drag this Black man on national TV.”
“There's no lawsuit, there's never been a lawsuit… I love Taraji, she's an amazing actress. There's no beef at all."
"It [AIDS] wiped away all of my friends. I had no friends. It was terrifying, because we never knew whether you could drink from glasses or what it was. It was the most terrifying thing ever, and I didn't understand why it was that I wasn't [dead], because there were far better souls than me that were going [dying]."
"I can't wait to have an Armenian baby… It's gonna be an Armenian baby... Let's not make this a race war."
"I love him. He's a wonderful guy, but I'll tell you something about him that'll astound you: He dates Ann Coulter."
"It's going to be amazing, and we're still working out a lot of the details about what it's going to be about and what's going to happen. But it's definitely going to happen."
My parents did a great job teaching us about both [African American and Iranian] cultures. As an entertainer, that adds another layer. No matter how cutting-edge Hollywood may seem, it is still delayed in how it views people: If [producers] do not perceive me as an Iranian girl, then I cannot play an Iranian girl. If you aren't perceived as a full black girl, then it makes it more difficult [to play a black girl on TV]. Now that I’m going out for movies, I’m picking up on things I never picked up on before: It's like, "Oh, you think I’m not black enough. You don't think I'm Iranian enough for this role."
Life is just getting better. For me, 40 feels like a beginning. I’m in the middle of so much new—with this career, the kids, and I’m still sort of a newlywed. I’m excited to be at this stage in life.
"I've always wanted to make my mother proud. I grew up watching my mom do stage plays. I never wanted to disappoint my mom because my mother is one of my best friends. I'm not perfect, I've done crazy stuff but I've never been an attention seeker."
"For me, you're all I remember, Bruce was. So not having you in my life, it's a huge blow because I'm like OK, my second dad, this guy that I've grown up with, that raised me, was taken away from me, but no one really let me have that."
