Guess Which Rap Song Got President Obama Hyped for His DNC Speech

No shame.

While it’s no secret how President Obama feels about rappers such as Kendrick Lamar or J. Cole, what does come as a surprise is his go-to track to mentally prepare him for addressing our nation.

Last week, at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, it was shared that the president warmed up to none other than Eminem’s “Lose Yourself.”

In a new behind-the-scenes clip, the president can be seen rocking out to Em’s classic single along with the likes of Bill Clinton. The song is one of the most celebrated of the veteran rapper's extensive catalog and we totally can see how this particular choice made a fitting soundtrack to help Obama get ready to rock the mic himself.
