Desiigner was arrested Thursday night (September 8) after a road rage incident led to felony drug and weapons charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ he along with people in an SUV and the driver of another vehicle began screaming at each other. The driver of the other car called police and claimed the G.O.O.D. Music rapper brandished a gun and pointed it at him. The two parted ways, however the man who called law enforcement wrote down the license plate number.

Police discovered the SUV Desiigner was in shortly afterward, searched it, and found a large amount of loose pills in the center console. They also claim they found Oxycontin and other drugs.

All five of the SUV’s occupants were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell. Both crimes are felonies.

Desiigner was also charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon and menacing for supposedly pointing the gun at the other driver. All five people are currently still in custody.
