According to reports, Braxton was listed in serious condition, with complications stemming from her chronic autoimmune disease. She publicly announced that she was diagnosed with lupus back in 2010.
In addition to being visited by Birdman, Tamar Braxton, the singer’s sister, also was on standby, sharing some footage from Toni's hospital room on Instagram and showing a special moment as her teenage sons hugged her.
Braxton is currently slated to perform in California on October 8 as well as later this month. At this time, it is unclear if she will cancel or reschedule the show in Oakland this upcoming weekend.
As Braxton is being overwhelmed with love and support from Birdman, her family, friends and fans alike, we also wish her the best during her recovery.
Take a look at Tamar's post showing love to the #LivingLegend below.
