Joe Budden’s beef with Meek Mill has always been kind of out of pocket. Its origins are confusing and quite frankly, it seemed like a stretch by Budden when starting it.

Well, anyway, it seems like the New Jersey rapper is ready to let bygones be bygones. During the latest episode of his podcast, I’ll Name This Podcast Later, Joey decided to bury the hatchet.

“I wanted to call him and apologize,” Budden says in the context of discussing Meek’s DC4 release and beef with Drake. “You know what, man, Meek is a friend of the show now. I would like to send Meek a bottle.”

Also during the podcast, Joe Budden praised Meek Mill for how he handled his interview with Taxstone and says he understands why the Philly rapper acted how he did after his bout with Drizzy started popping off.
