But after also watching how quickly fans seemed to ditch the Barbie bandwagon for the Remy Mafia after the Bronx femcee’s “shETHER” diss, what he’s not here for is the fickle fandom.
Posting to his official Instagram account, Boosie disclaimed first that by no means would he take sides between both women, but it seemed awfully perplexing to him that some of those bashing Nicki were the same ones praising her before the diss track made its arrival.
“When did all you b*****s start hating Nicki so bad?” he asked in the post. “Y’all the same b*****s that was just Nicki crazy: knowing all of her punchlines, saying she’s harder than all male rappers, dressing like her, etc.”
Continuing to explain how quickly everyone switched up, he added that the ever-present support for Nicki that has now shifted into vilification for the Pinkprint raptress is one thing and one thing only: fake.
“Everywhere I would go, I would hear ‘Nobody ain’t f**king with Nicki.’ Now, most of the same h**s told me they have completely turned on this girl. People are so f**king fake. This post gonna make you think like, ‘Damn, I am a fake a** b***h.”
Seconding his address to her non-fans by virtue of a double-tap on the post, Nicki herself seemed to share the same sentiment as well.
