While 2016 saw virtually no new music from Nicki Minaj, save for "The Pinkprint Freestyle" and her super smash hit collaboration with Ariana Grande, the rapper is now making up for lost time.
Although fans are still eagerly awaiting her highly anticipated fourth studio album, new music from Minaj is currently in no short supply, with the rapper making it known she isn't letting up anytime soon.
The collaboration, "Light My Body Up," is slated to debut this Friday, March 24, and will likely help add to Minaj's current lead as the female with the most Billboard Hot 100 entries. She recently surpassed a record previously held by Aretha Franklin, with 76 hits to her name and counting.
With her recent single (and Remy Ma diss) "No Frauds" currently holding down the No. 14 slot on Billboard, it's a safe bet to say that Minaj is still just warming up this year.
