August Alsina Sends a Direct Threat to Trey Songz
It seems like it's 2014 all over again.
After apparently settling their beef two years ago, R&B heartthrobs August Alsina and Trey Songz have reignited their rivalry, and they're taking it all to social media.
During an appearance on The Breakfast Club, the "I Invented Sex" singer reminded everyone of their past disagreement, but reassured his fans that he doesn't want to fight — he just wants to "get some money."
"Y'all remember August was talking crazy a couple years ago and I ain't want to fight? I don't want to fight. I want to get some money," he said. "I don't want to fight nobody. That don't prove nothing. I'm 32-years-old. I got hands. It don't prove nothing to beat nobody up."
Take a look, below:
After learning of Trey's comments, August, 24, took to social media to share a petty response of his own, threatening to beat his peer's "goofy a*s" in the process.
Trey took to the comments section under his post, returning the favor in with a series of laughing emojis.
He wasn't done there. He then posted a photo of President Obama laughing with the caption, "You thought."
Can't we all just get along?
