Here's What Nicki Minaj's Chinese Tattoo Actually Means...

Yup — and her international fans have confirmed it.

Unlike many of her Young Money counterparts, Queens-bred femcee Nicki Minaj has kept her tattoos few, feminine and, most notably, foreign.

But it’s also become familiar for a group of her international fans, and now everyone else, who spotted the Harajuku Barbie and confirmed the meaning behind her Chinese symbol tattoo lining her left arm.

Making her way to her ride surrounded by several security members, Nicki quickly pranced to the all-black whip in her Rapunzel-status tresses, braided into two pig tails, as three fans followed closely behind. As she sits down in the backseat and asked the girls what country they’re from, they replied China, which The Pinkprint rapper was especially pleased to hear.

“My tattoo is Chinese!” Nicki said before pulling her jacket off and flashing the excited fans her tattoo. “Do you know how to read it?”

One of the fans walked up close to read the symbols before validating to Nicki, and the camera, its special meaning: “It means God will be with you.” Confirming her tattoo’s significance in the video’s caption on Instagram, Nicki pointed out that there’s always been speculation as to what those symbols meant.

“[People] always ask me what my Chinese tattoo means,” she wrote. “#GodIsWithMeAlways, on my way to shoot the [“Light My Body Up”] video a few weeks ago…inches on floor level.”

There you have it, folks!
