Prejudice, bias and bigotry know no class-status limitations, making even the most elite of minority celebrities fall victim to discrimination just as easily as everyone else.

Toronto’s R&B singing boy wonder Tory Lanez figured that out the pricey way when he shelled out $35,000 to the luxury Holt Renfrew boutique, which he claimed discriminatory foul play against from employees. Lanez even went so far as to record the employee, who he said in now-deleted tweets that the man believed Lanez wouldn’t be able to afford anything based on racial profiling. But even after blasting the store’s employees for all of social media to see, the internet still can’t wrap its mind around that extravagant spend he made at the apparently bigoted establishment anyway.
