The BeyHive Was Ready to Sting Beyonce's Dad After His Reveal About the Carter Twins...

When proud-dad moments go wrong...

Published June 19, 2017

The Carter twins are here!

Or, at least that’s what Mathew Knowles, Beyoncé’s father and former music manager at the onset of her stardom, revealed to fans. In addition to several reports that Bey not only gave birth to twins over the weekend, the alleged boy and girl gender reveal has also come to light.

Among every detail surrounding Queen Bey’s birthing of the twins, however, you’ll notice words like “reported,” “sources” and “alleged.” And that has everything to do with the fact that the one person who can verify such reports as actual fact is the Queen Bey herself, and at the very least, closest family members such as her husband and father of the Carter twins, Jay Zher mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, or perhaps her fellow songstress sister, Solange. According to the BeyHive, however, Mr. Mathew doesn’t quite make the list of verifiable sources. But if his confirmation of the twins' arrival turn out true, some fans are more concerned for what they believe is his speaking out of turn.

  1. Mathew took the twins' arrival announcement to Twitter in true proud grandfather style
  2. But only to be greeted by a pack of angry fans, who apparently would much rather hear it from the new mother herself
