Drake Fans are Boiling Over After His OVO Fest Tickets Sold Out in Five Minutes

More tickets!

Published June 29, 2017

With more artists and more music from Drake’s OVO Sound home comes the headache of less tickets for fans each year that his annual OVO Fest is announced.

By now, fans have come to terms with the fact that megastars of Drake’s caliber are among the highest of concert demands, so nabbing tickets to such long-awaited events like the Toronto-based music fest is a challenge in and of itself. But even we must admit that a “challenge” is the least of what describes the OVO Fest ticket madness, where seats have reportedly sold out just under five minutes after going on sale. Some fans have pointed out from websites like Ticketmaster and Live Nation that a large chunk of those tickets were being snatched by ticket bots, who purchase and resell tickets at a higher price.

That leaves the fans, right along with their hard-earned cash, desperate for more tickets for the More Life artist’s annual festival and livid at the stiff competition for seats. Drizzy, you may want to step in on this one.
