The epic femcee rivalry between Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma seemed to be subsiding as the summer months dwindle, but the 2017 MTV VMAs unfortunately proved that it’s still alive and well as the “shETHER” artist had more to say about it when she grabbed the mic at the awards show.
Acknowledging that Nicki happened to be in the same building, for the same show, on the same night was one thing. But Remy threw a hint of quick wit to the controversy by taking Nicki’s own 2015 VMAs words against Miley Cyrus and using them against her in the most ironic of ways.
