Nas Doesn't Know Who Lonzo Ball Is, According To His Manager

A new wrinkle emerges in this sad drama.

Published September 3rd

Lonzo Ball is probably already regretting comments he made about Nas on a recent episode of his family’s reality show, Ball in the Family.

The new Los Angeles Lakers point guard was filmed making the remark, "Y’all outdated, man. Don’t nobody listen to Nas anymore. Real hip-hop is Migos, Future.”

The Queensbridge legend has yet to respond to the uninformed claim, but nearly everyone else has, including his own manager, Anthony Saleh. Taking to Twitter, Saleh put it bluntly that not only does Nas not care about the eldest Ball son’s opinion, he claims the rapper doesn’t even know who Lonzo is.

“Nas has never heard of you & Future thanks you for your support,” he tweeted in response to a Complex article about Lonzo’s comments. That wasn’t all, Saleh decided to go in even further on young Lonzo.

“That Oatmeal face n***a thinks he can gain off my guys name before winning a game,” he wrote in a follow-up tweet. “I don't care what team you play for. Family first.”

This may be the closest thing to a Nas response as we’re going to get. Oh yeah, and if you want to know what Michael Rapaport thinks, he may be able to better ether the young Laker if you’re a Nas stan. See his response below.
