Reginae Carter Was Not Very Pleased After She Didn't Get An Invite To Lil Wayne's Birthday Party

But allow Nicki Minaj to explain...

For New Orleans rap icon Lil Wayne’s 35th birthday on Wednesday (September 27), his Young Money family threw him a surprise birthday bash complete with a graffiti-decorated skate park and double-decker “Best Rapper Alive” birthday cake.

But though Weezy was surrounded by his closest family and friends to help bring in another year, one of the most important attendees said she didn’t receive an invite: Weezy’s 18-year-old daughter Reginae Carter. And Nicki Minaj, who was in attendance, has a pretty important reason why.

Commenting onThe Shade Room’s Instagram post of the festivities, Reginae pulled up in the comments section seemingly annoyed that she not only wasn’t on the guest list for the party, but that she had no clue the party was even happening.

Luckily, Nicki was able to clear things up, explaining that even she asked about Reginae’s whereabouts.

“I swear fo Gawd I asked him where u at,” she responded to her. “He said you started college miss THANG & u wouldn’t have been able to make it to Miami. But blame Mack sis. He planned it.”

Well, that definitely explains it. And Reginae confirmed her dad’s comment by responding that she was on her way to class as she spoke (or typed) and was happy to see that they enjoyed themselves anyway. As Weezy’s firstborn, it’s understandable how important it is for young Nae Nae to celebrate her father’s birthdays. That’s especially evident this year after she provided updates on his health status following a few scary epileptic episodes that landed him in the hospital.

Besides, we know that if it weren’t for her new college student status, she wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
