Beyoncé Just Snatched This Big Title From Taylor Swift

"Always stay gracious, best revenge is your paper."

Forbes has been keeping an eye on all of our favorite female artists’ pre-tax incomes over the course of 2017 and the final numbers are finally in. According to the publication, there’s only one woman on top, and it is none other than Beyoncé. That’s right – Beyoncé is reportedly the highest earning woman in music for 2017.

For the period between June 2016 and June 2017, Bey raked in a reported $105 million. With those numbers, Queen Bey reportedly dethroned 2016’s richest female artist, Taylor Swift ($44 million), to take back her rightful place on top. Swift now clocks in at third place ($44 million) behind Adele ($69 million).

Beyoncé most likely owes her multi-million dollar success to her Lemonade album sales and the accompanying Formation World Tour. The singer reportedly grossed $210 million from the North American leg of her ticket sales and another $1.8 million from the European leg, according to Billboard.

Forbes' list of “Top 10 Highest Paid Women In Music” also includes Jennifer Lopez at No. 5 ($38 million) and Rihanna at No. 7 ($36 million).
