This Female Artist Is Finally Vowing To Squash Her 'Non-Beef' With Meek Mill

“He shouldn’t be in jail and I’m putting money on his books.”

The hotly-debated and strict prison sentence of MMG rap treasure Meek Mill brought hip-hop together in a way 2017 had never seen, which even included the Dreamchaser leader’s rap rivals.

Now, K. Michelle, another person who formerly stood on the other side of Meek controversy, is ready to bury the hatchet amid his trying times as well.

K took to Twitter to voice her unexpected peace treaty with Meek, revealing her thoughts on their relationship and his current legal situation.

“I’m also squashing this stupid non beef with Meek,” she wrote. “He shouldn’t be in jail and I’m putting money on his books. That was my friend and regardless I’ll always have his back! PERIOD.”

The Kimberly: The People I Used to Know songstress and Meek’s tension flared back in 2014 when revealed that Meek hit cancel on what would become Nicki Minaj’s “Buy a Heart” record. According to K, Meek had originally given the song to her, but once his then-girlfriend Nicki suspected that the two were fooling around, he rescinded the offer.

K added that she never had too many hard feelings about it after she watched God and karma handle the alleged situation. Though she and Nicki have yet to cross paths and settle the matter yet, we’re happy to know K. Michelle is taking the high road and calling truces early in 2018 anyway.

See her sign off on the peace treaty between her and Meek below.
