Rihanna Posted This 'Savage' Message On Instagram And The Internet Is Losing Its Mind

Does this mean...what we think it means?

The Barbadian bad gal and ANTI-approved savage Rihanna is pulling more surprises out of her trick bag, and it might not be from the makeup one this time.

RiRi brought an ambiguously enticing photo to her social media accounts on Tuesday (April 17) with four words that are quite familiar to the Rihanna Navy: “didn’t they tell you?” The question is the highlight line of her moody “Needed Me” single, and declarative of her untamable womanhood, completed in the song as, “didn’t they tell you that I was a savage?”

The picture is abstract, but abstruse, as the only decipherable image appears to be a screen with television static beneath another screen that shows what might be a tight shot of lady body parts. Both are set atop red flooring and a black backdrop, and a wire streaming from the bottom screen trails out of the photo.

The image has received nearly 1 million likes on Instagram so far while the Navy offers up their own proposals on what it could be. New music, a new lingerie line, or a music video is among the most popular guesses. But until the bad gal confirms it herself, the internet is going nuts trying to figure it out.

See what you can make out of her mystery post and what it's doing to fans' mental state below.
