To fans' discontent, Bow Wow has been toying with the word “suicide” a concerning number of times in 2018.
First, the former 106 & Park host rose eyebrows when he tweeted the word spelled backwards, only to reveal later on that it would be the title of his new album. Not long after, he took to a seat on The Breakfast Club to explain that he actually had sunken into a suicidal state, essentially, due to boredom.
The social media backlash he received from his logic was ruthless, but he returned to the sensitive subject matter in his 280-character diary in the early hours of Tuesday (April 24) to reveal that he was contemplating a fatal action that would end it all.

Has anyone checked on this man? This isn’t funny, cute, or a joking situation.

Bow Wow tweeted about jumping off a balcony this morning. In the comments, people laughed at him, said he was desperate for attention, claimed he was tying to promote his album. It’s honestly sad that this man is clearly in need of help and the community still mocks him.

Y’all....Bow Wow needs some serious help. Mental illness isn’t a joke! He has been talking about suicide for awhile now. The bullying has gotten to him deeply.

You're clearly going down the "Tyrese Gibson route" for media attention. I'm embarrassed for you.

“She sells seashells by the seashore”. That’s a figure of speech. I’m sorry you got bad news but jumping off a balcony is not a figure of speech. It’s either a cry for help or a cry for attention but nothing to be taken lightly.
