Prayers Up: Here's The Deleted Tweet That Has SZA Fans Believing Her Career Is Over...
A sad day fell upon fans of Top Dawg Entertainment’s lady of neo-soul song SZA on Tuesday (May 29) when the CTRL singer revealed a devastating turn of events: her voice is damaged beyond repair.
In the trio of now-deleted tweets, SZA said that “tonight was the test,” presumably referring to her performance on the New York pit stop of TDE’s collective Championship Tour. TDE’s “Top Dawg” Anthony Tiffith had also revealed that she’d been having some vocal complications about a week ago, releasing a statement via social media that he’d be pulling her off of the tour for a few days.
“Her vocal chords are swollen and she [has] to rest her voice to prevent any permanent damage.”
Unfortunately, according to SZA’s tweets, it appears that the damage has already been done, and her fans fear that the sake of her career might consequently fall hearts under destruction as well.
Let's all keep the neo-soulstress in our prayers, and see how fans are taking the news after her reveal below.
