Here's Why Kanye West Reportedly Rushed To The Emergency Room In L.A.

Sources report that 'Ye checked in at California's West Hills Hospital with Kim Kardashian at his side.

Prayers for a speedy recovery are going up for Kanye West after TMZ reports that the Chicago emcee “beelined” for the emergency room after complications with the flu on Sunday (July 22).

Thankfully, the hospital visit wasn’t too lengthy, and he’s already well on his road to a healthy recovery, the site adds, after being treated at San Fernando Valley’s West Hills Hospital in California.

  • TMZ reports that Kanye headed to the hospital over worsening flu symptoms with his wife, Kim Kardashian, in tow

A photo on TMZ’s site reportedly shows the pair outside of the West Hills Hospital. ‘Ye is bundled up in a sweatsuit with his black hood pulled tightly over his head so much that you’re unable to disclose his identity in the paparazzi flick. According to TMZ, his flu was only getting worse, and he was given some prescriptions to help clear up some of the symptoms.

  • The site points out that Kanye recently revealed his struggle with sinus issues as well

Just last weekend, Yeezy revealed that time a sinus headache kicked in while on his flight. He said it worsened to the point that he had to get a CAT scan afterward. He likened the feeling to the “Hated in the Nation” final episode of Netflix’s original series Black Mirror where mechanical artificial killer bees enter the orifices of humans, causing an excruciatingly painful death.

  • There’s no word on whether his sinus complications may have affected his current condition, TMZ adds. But, we’re glad to know Mr. West is back home in one peace and hopefully catching up on some much-needed rest.
