Thanks to standstill traffic, tornado warnings, and an extensive weather delay, Beyoncé and Jay-Z's MetLife Stadium stop on the OTR II tour (Aug. 2) was an interesting one... to say the least. Concertgoers were forced inside for more than an hour, due to unsafe conditions.
Were you there ??? There was lightening all around the stadium. There was a tornado watch. What do you mean I’m mistaken? It wasn’t Beyoncé or Jays choice, it was the NJPD and MetLife stadium so miss me with that bullshit— Toni (@toninieves) August 3, 2018
honestly tho, Beyoncé & Jay-Z we’re literally walking out to the stage to perform when the police officers came on stage & told us to take shelter. people will do anything to make them seem like bad people.— hannah || metlife 1&3 (@hannahrose013) August 3, 2018
I did not understand the weather situation causing the long show delay. I assumed Beyoncé made an agreement with God that as long she gives her free VIP tickets to her concerts, the weather will always cooperate.— Michael Arceneaux (@youngsinick) August 3, 2018
Mother Nature tried to hate, but Beyoncé and Jay Z still gave me my life. Good night, girls. pic.twitter.com/ZKuwVrHN9o— Small Freedia (@KidFury) August 3, 2018
An incredible night at #MetLife for the #OTR2 Tour - A 2 hour plus rain 🌧 delay couldn’t stop @S_C_ & @Beyonce from putting on an amazing performance! Best concert I’ve ever been to, hands down!
