Beach House series singer and songwriter Ty Dolla $ign unfortunately headed to the big house on Wednesday (September 5) when Atlanta police officers arrested him in front of a cafe, according to TMZ.

Original reports held that cops uncovered marijuana in his limo upon a vehicle search while also searching Ty and members of his entourage during the stop. After The Shade Room obtained initial footage showing Ty in handcuffs as officers whisked him away, TMZ is providing more footage and details of the unfortunate incident that’s allegedly landed him against drug possession charges.

  1. According to the site, Ty was arrested after being pulled over right outside of ATL in front of the Bust Bee Cafe

TMZ adds that he was on his way to G-Eazy’s Cellairis Ampitheatre concert to perform with Lil Uzi Vert and YBN Nahmir when police stopped him.

  2. In TMZ’s video, him and his entourage are seen standing by the vehicle as an officer forages around the interior

Someone can also be heard asking, “Anybody got anything on them?” The video then cuts to a K-9 barking away, presumably after the officer used the dog in the search, while recording bystanders film from a distance.

  3. The latest reported update holds that he’ll be charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana as well as cocaine possession

The site concludes that though six other people were with him during the incident, they were released without charges.
