R&B songstresses Teairra Mari and K. Michelle are the latest pair of singer-slash-reality starlets to rip the claws out against each other for all of social media to spectate.
Their tension apparently sprung up in light of Mari’s revenge porn case, which she accused the Memphis R&B singer of shaming in comparison to that of another Love & Hip Hop member’s: Mimi Faust. A late-night Instagram Live and one searing iMessage thread later, and the ladies have officially declared war against each other. Though the verbal combat exists behind the digital thresholds of their iPhones, some vicious word-choice from the “Make Her Feel Good” singer might unfortunately change that.
According to her, K’s comparison to Mimi’s sex tape shenanigans insinuated that she devised the entire revenge porn ploy this entire time.
“Why the f**k would I do it and not get a coin?” Teairra responded on the live session. “So K. Michelle, you can suck my d**k too, b**ch!”
In a low-blow to the former Roc Nation songstress, K brought up another comparison: Teairra’s former label counterpart, Rihanna.
“She didn’t have no daddy around when she was growing up. Those drugs is serious. Sextape and lies.”
Though K. Michelle insisted that she comes in peace via the caption, Teairra didn’t have the same sentiments. “Don’t play b**ch I’ll punch you on site,” the text messages from Teairra read. “Don’t get in my sh**! Horse face b**ch. Keep talking.”
And since they’re taking career shots, she brought K’s former R&B foe and oft-compared singer, Keyshia Cole (who, by the way, also shares a Love & Hip Hop Hollywood spot on the cast list with the ladies). “And b**ch keyshia cole is better with yo rotten P**sy a**…don’t play with me…[it’s] on f**king sight…” Teairra jabbed back at K’s RiRi shot in the messages.
Tagging her in the Instagram post, she continued ripping into K.
“@kmichellemusic You Keyshia coleslaw ass off beat Mary J b**ch,” she wrote in the caption. “Tell the whole story hoe…I might not had a daddy around, but you sho can’t raise a man (son_ B**ch like I said #onsight.”
Eventually, T was done with their iMessage mugging, and offered to put her money where her texts were. Asking K to drop her pin so she could pull up and address their conflict face-to-face, K eventually shrugged it off with a simple “good-night.”
R&Beef is getting spicier and spicier these days, folks…
