These Rappers Ready To Square Up For The Love Of Rihanna
It comes as no shock that anyone, if presented with the opportunity, would shoot their shot at everyone's favorite savage, Rihanna.
Back in July, the summertime thirst was hella real when Houston emcee Slim Thug slid into Caribbean mogul's DMs, and now that cuffing season is in full effect, he and a few others are awaiting responses for bad gal RiRi.
A few months ago, the "Rated R" songstress reportedly ended her relationship with billionaire Hassan Jameel simply because she "was tired of men."
So while RiRi was in Singapore to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Fenty Beauty wearing a forthcoming dress from Cushnie's SS19 collection, the H-town native requested a follow up from his initial DM. The "Still Tippin" emcee commented, "Riri fine ass need to respond to that DM," followed with a face palm emoji.
Comedian and part-time rapper Lil Duval attempted to push his thirst ahead of Slim because he "has a better chance since he got the #1 record in the country."
This isn't the first time Slim Thug had the guts to shoot his shot. In August, he was gunning for Nicki Minaj's heart.
Following the Queen femcee's CRWN interview, Thug had this to say: "I heard n****s scared to shoot they shot; well here's mine. A fine fly city girl like u need her a real country Texas boy who can handle her..."
To defend his parched ways, he took to Instagram with a PSA regarding his persistent DM tactic. "You know how hard it is to walk up to a girl with confidence to shoot your shot? You n****s got it easy. You can follow a girl, slide into her DMs and they'll f**k around and see it... I'm taking advantage of this sh*t to the fullest."
"I follow a number of beautiful women. I'm gon' shoot my shot; somebody gon' bite the bait," said Thug.
This isn't just a message for celebrities, though. Slim will slide in "all beautiful women's DMs" and urges that if "you a bad b*tch and yo sh*t is private, take it off." He is single and more than ready to mingle. Check out his full, hilarious rant below.
