Maryland Singer-Songwriter K'Ron Is The Face Of Consistency For 'Access Granted: HBCU Tour'

The 'Wild Lova' artist shares the virtues he holds nearest and dearest to his heart while soaring into his R&B career.

Atlantic Records’ newcomer K’Ron is one of the four latest label novices spreading his talents across college campuses for the newly-announced Access Granted: HBCU Tour.

Joining Bri Steves, Ayanis, and RecoHavoc, the Maryland-bred singer-songwriter-producer shares his experience on the road as the quadrant hit up 16 cities to inspire, motivate, and turn up HBCU students East Coast territory. For K’Ron, the tour affords him the opportunity to connect to students with dreams tapping into all forms of art, including (but not limited to) music and sound. Along with tracks of his new EP, the Wild Lova artist dropped gems on perseverance and consistency in the face of adversity as the key to success and transforming dreams into reality.

For K’ron’s diary entry, the R&B artist explained his abiding faith in these virtues as he meets new faces and exchanges energy with new fans everyday:

“October 19th, 2018:

It’s definitely a pleasure to be a part of this Access Granted: HBCU tour. Each of my tour mates bring their own unique, positive energy. The four of us are all super talented and bring our own sounds to the table. It feels great to be on the road doing what we love together and sharing the experience with our listeners. I hope they all enjoy the live experience as much as we do (if not more!).

Shout out to Morgan State, Jackson State, Bowie State, Stillman College and Lincoln University. I’m grateful to have met so many talented students with their own goals and aspirations. A number of them share our same passion for music and are on a path of their own to take their musical talents to the top as well.

One thing I want all of them to remember is that consistency is the key to everything you want to achieve in life. It’s one of the most important ingredients to success. You only fail when you quit and it only takes longer to taste your dreams when you’re inconsistent. There will be some roadblocks along the way but you just have to push and remain determined despite the ups and downs. Nothing and no one can stop you from having what you’re meant to have.

I’m looking forward to experiencing the different campus cultures along the east coast while perfecting my craft and supporting my tour mates to become the best they can be.
