R. Kelly Is Refusing To Speak Under Oath In Lawsuit About His Dirty Dog Ways

The disgraced singer is dodging legal questions about an affair.

R. Kelly is currently in the midst of an on-going legal battle.

A Mississippi man has requested that the singer be questioned under oath in reference to an alleged affair he claims Kelly had with his wife.

According to The Blast, Kenny Bryant is accusing the singer of having a five-year affair with his wife, and even giving her an STI over the course of their fling.

Per court docs obtained by The Blast, Bryant reportedly tied the knot with his wife Asia Childress in July 2012, knowing that she was once involved in a romantic relationship with the singer. Bryant believes his wife began having an affair with Kelly after attending his concert in October 2012.

The alleged affair reportedly went on for five years, with Bryant's wife even suggesting they move to Georgia to be closer to the singer. Bryant also accused his wife of disappearing for days whenever R. Kelly had a concert nearby their home.

He's seeking damages for ruining his marriage, depriving him of his spouse, love support and conjugal affection. Bryant said that he suffered from emotional, psychological and financial loss as a result of the affair.

Kelly, who has denied any involvement with Bryant's estranged wife, is refusing to sit for the scheduled videotaped deposition that's scheduled for November 11. Per The Blast, the disgraced singer believes the case is baseless and should be thrown out immediately.

While this may seem like an odd reason to sue, Bryant lives in one of the few US states that permits lawsuits for those involved in ruining or breaking up someone's marriage.
