Songbird Supreme Mariah Carey already has her sights set on 2019’s year in music. First up and to some fans’ delight, she’s eyeing Bronx femcee Cardi B and Brooklyn’s queen bee Lil Kim for assists on her “A No No” remix.
Dropping in on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen read off a fan inquiry about a possible Mimi and Bardi collaboration. To their surprise, not only does Mimi have the Invasion of Privacy rapper on her feature wish list, but she’s right beside Kimmy, too. “I would love for that to happen,” she responded. “The song you guys were just playing, ‘A No No,’ which is originally Lil Kim’s song who we love, and I was hoping that the three of us could do a collaboration. I think that would be great.”
Mariah’s reveal induced a roar of applause from the audience who are now in anticipation of the star-studded trio remix. Others, however, couldn’t help but dub the triple-threat collabo as more of a holy trinity of Nicki Minaj enemies.
And just like you may have guessed it by now, the Barbz, the Lambs, the Bardi Gang and the BeeHive Nation are throwing Twitter blows over Mimi’s latest collaboration idea.
