In light of the resurfaced sex tape war between Ray J and Kim Kardashian, in which the Love & Hip Hop star is adamantly debunking Kimmy’s recollection of being high on ecstasy during their erotic taping of 2003, one new development could finally put it all to rest.
By now, you’re probably thinking that the 2007-surfaced sex tape should have been tossed away with water under the bridge after 11 years. But you can thank Kim K’s reveal on Keeping Up With the Kardashians for its return, where she claimed to be under the influence while filming it. These claims have now activated even more controversy surrounding the notorious sex tape scandal. Her pornographic past may not only be returning to haunt only her this time around, but according to Hollywood Life, her Chicago rapper-producer husband, Kanye West, as well.
Which shows Ray J’s then-girlfriend smoking what appears to be marijuana from a penis-shaped pipe. Only judging by this footage, the truth also appears to be in line with Ray’s counterclaim that Kim was not doing hard drugs during their Mexican rendezvous.
The site adds that he allegedly believes Ray himself is behind the leak too. “Kanye is not happy about the latest Kim and Ray J tape,” Hollywood Life reports of the source’s statement. “Kanye is furious, has a bunch questions about the penis pipe tape and feels pretty sure Ray J is behind the latest leak.”
As Mr. West, he’s also “demanding some answers” in the case that it wasn’t Ray who leaked the tape. Kim is apparently of the same sentiment, and is reportedly “embarrassed” behind the entire ordeal, the Hollywood Life source allegedly states.
“At one point Kanye was all about the sex tape with Kim and Ray J, but now that he is married and a father to Kim’s kids it burns him to see that the tape is still referenced and people still see it and that it is still a thing,” the second source allegedly shared. “He is upset that Ray J will always be remembered for the tape.” The source said that Kim is now reassuring him that he should “move on” from it all and doesn’t want such old news to blow new things out of proportion.
Yikes—talk about a not-so-distant past.
