It was only a matter of time before the B2K's surprise reunion tour announcement would spark round two of the "King of R&B" war. However, this time, fans and artists are arguing about which crooners really ran the early 2000's, dating back to the Scream Tour days.
In July, rumors swirled about the famed R&B group finally reuniting. Pretty Ricky's lead singer, Pleasure P got caught in the comments with Raz-B and it seems that the tour that was once "in the works" is a 2019 reality. Omarion announced this past Friday (Dec. 21) that their Millennial Tour is coming to cities near all next year. Pretty Ricky, Mario, Lloyd, Chingy, Bobby Valentino and the Ying Yang Twins are set to join the "Bump, Bump, Bump" singers on the road and fans are already prepping their fits, even before tickets go sale.
Yet, there's one group who feels their invite to the reunion got lost in the mail.
The Breeding Five thanked their fans for "tagging them to be on the tour." Dustin, Patrick, Carnell, Kelly and Bryan chimed in at different moments with their own sentiments and while "being happy for [B2K]," they're really waiting for "the Ultimate Scream Tour." Carnell felt they were the "only other group worthy of being on that tour, besides Pretty Ricky."
"We're too close with everybody on that tour to not be involved and included," he said. They also alluded that the concept came from a conversation they had with Raz-B. "Y'all coulda hit us up, man. We did talk about this."
