Kendrick Lamar Posted And Deleted This Cryptic Future Lyric And Fans Are In A State Of Emergency

“Who hurt you my Lord and Savior?"

While the rest of Hollywood was going up in flames for January, Compton’s rap prophecy icon Kendrick Lamar entered 2019 on his signature mystery note.

The DAMN. rapper, who keeps his social media presence limited, exclusive and elusive, tweeted a bar from Future’s Beastmode II catalogue—a line that could be interpreted by fans in various ways. “Protectin’ my heart like never before,” K-Dot tweeted from Fewtch’s “SOME MORE” record. Then, just as quickly as he posted the tweet, Kendrick snatched it back down. It stayed up long enough for fans to catch a screenshot however, which of course they did, questioning the premise of the cryptic tweet. Was it insinuative of a heartbreak? Is he returning for his 2019 rap game reclaim with a “Heart Part V” follow-up to his 2017 “Heart Part IV”? Is he popping out beside the Fewtch the Atlanta trapster with yet another collaboration? The hip-hop world may never know, but they’ve got enough to pose their own theories about K-Dot’s mysteriously disappearing tweet.

See some of the conjectures they came up with below.
