Chris Brown Has Choice Words For Wendy Williams After Her Comments About His Tour

"Just know I saw the compliment in between the demons..."

R&B’s multi-gifted man of song Chris Brown took the high road on Tuesday (April 23) after landing on the infamous gossip talk show screen of Wendy Williams.

The last we’d seen of Williams’ thoughts on Breezy ended in a tearful breakdown in front of her live Wendy Williams Show audience as she discussed his alleged drug abuse and afflictive past witnessing the domestic abuse of his mother. After returning to her talk show throne amid an alarming public situation of her own, Wendy dished on Breezy’s joint tour with Young Money first lady and Queen femcee Nicki Minaj.

The R&B-hip-hop pair recently released a new single with G-Eazy, “Wobble Up,” and announced the summer-slated tour shortly afterward. And Williams already has an idea of how they should plan out the show, which she shared among the audience with just a pinch of shade that Chris apparently caught.

  • According to Williams, Nicki and Breezy should open up the show with the new single

And leave any other opening music acts off of the lineup. Afterward, she thinks the two should alternate their respective solo stage performances for their own music on each tour date in a new city. “That way everything’s equal,” she said. “Or—they could do it this way because they’re both notorious for showing up late—so whoever shows up first opens.”

  • ‘OK WENDY,’ Breezy responded on Instagram with a pleading, puppy-dog-eyed emoji and heart…

“I don’t show up late though!! I do however show da f**k out. Appreciate da [publicity].” Breezy sprinkled a little shade back in his correction to her as well. “WHEN U BROKEN.. u live in da shade…JUST KNOW I SAW THE COMPLIMENT IN BETWEEN THE DEMONS,” he said. “Thanks boo.”

  • Looks like Wendy is going to have to pull up to the show now to stand corrected.
