Future Gifted Baby Future A Rolex For His 5th Birthday, And The Internet Is Scratching Their Heads

Future, Ciara and the Wilsons each celebrated baby Future's big day.

Brought in with love and surrounded by family, R&B songstress Ciara and Atlanta trap star Future both celebrated their son Future Zahir Wilburn’s 5th birthday on Sunday (May 19).

Baby Future had the best of both worlds for his big day, as he became the guest of honor for two superhero-themed birthday bashes from Cici and Russell Wilson and with papa Fewtch. It goes without saying that little Future had the time of his life for both grand celebrations, and the love only doubled in abundance as he partied with both of his families, nabbed twice the gifts, twice the treats and twice the sweets. One present in particular, however, drew a few side-eyes from internet bystanders watching videos from Fewtch’s birthday bashes: an icey new Rolex that big Fewtch gifted the 5-year-old. And Future's Instagram caption of choice for baby Fewtch's birthday post (inspired by a lyric from Meek Mill's Rolex owner's initiation) only fanned the flames.

Though baby Future is seen taking the Rolex from the box while thanking his dad for the fancy new wrist bling in a video clip, according to the internet, the gift is everything but the perfect gift for a 5-year-old. But as some fans pointed out, there are baller babies even younger than little Future who’ve also received such pricey gifts (such as DJ Khaled’s $100,000 Patek watch present to his now 2-year-old son, Asahd Khaled), but not nearly the same negative energy some are pinning against Future.
