Gucci Mane’s Reaction To Vegan Food Is Quite The Knee-Slapper

Good thing Diddy was there for emotional support.

Gucci Mane has been busy showing off his body after putting in work at the gym. The Atlanta rapper might be taking his fitness game to a whole new level. On Monday (June 3),  Diddy socialized a recent meal he shared with Guwop and Jermaine Dupri over Memorial Day weekend. The trio got together for lunch at 5 Star Island in Miami to try the local favorite: a vegan BLT.

  • The Evil Genius MC seemed a little hesitant to take a bite of the vegan sandwich in the video.

“It’s something special out here,” their server explained as he went over all the ingredients that were on the sandwich, while Diddy and Jermaine try to hold in their laughter.

Still, Gucci didn’t seem that impressed as he eyed down a plate with two sandwiches in front him.

  • “Guwop eat your food man,” a woman says from behind the camera.

“I don’t know about that one,” Guwop finally says with a nervous chuckle.

“It’s mostly vegetables,” the waiter interjects before Diddy comes to his friend's rescue, giving him an out.

“I mean, just bite it and tell the truth about it. It’s all good,” Diddy urges the Atlanta native while Jermaine Dupri bust out laughing in the background.

“I don’t know about that burger,” Gucci concludes. The video ends before we can see whether Gucci ever took a bite, but we have to at least give him props for his effort.

"Much love to @diddy Vato set out the vegan meal For the Gang @jermainedupri #HealthIsWealth#memorialdayweekend," Guwop wrote in his post on Instagram about the whole ordeal.

Some rappers have turned vegan over the years, such as Waka Flocka Flame, Common and Dupri, who worked on a PETA campaign on 2018, according to XXL. In December, Beyoncé and Jay-Z encouraged fans to pick up healthier eating habits with their book, The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World.
