Two weeks after dropping a sun-soaked visual for his Pi’erre Bourne-produced record, “Surf,” Young Thug is back cooking up another dope visual for the next single off his chart-topping So Much Fun album.

The ATLien has been riding high since the release of his first official studio album that landed him his first number-one record. Now, the YSL Records founder has another surprise that has fans hype: a teaser for the music video for “Hot,” his joint single with label mate Gunna.

The YSL Records protegé dropped a teaser for the next track early Tuesday morning (Sept. 10). As expected, the visuals are pretty lit. The “Drip Too Hard” rapper gave an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look into what they are cooking up for fans. Unlike the tropical beach front of “Surf,” Thugger and Gunna are going for a Mad Max-esque dark fantasy with lots of pyrotechnics.

  2. In the clip posted to his official Instagram account, the 26-year-old is seated at the head of a dinner table alone inside a burning house. A pyrotechnician rushes into the frame to light Gunna’s arm on fire before the camera swings around to focus on Gunna to resume filming.

Flames are blazing all around an unfazed Gunna, who is vibing out despite the mayhem around him as a couple of verses from “Hot” plays in the background as someone that vaguely sounds like Thugger shouts out some garbled words of encouragement.

  3. “I pull my own stunts,” the Atlanta emcee wrote in the caption alongside the video. It’s not clear what happens next as the video cuts off. But from what little we did see, Young Thug himself didn’t make an appearance in the unofficial teaser, but the fiery visuals has fans hot with anticipation.

  4. Atlanta icon T.I. popped up the comments sections to share his opinions on the video.

“Dumb Fye,” the trap pioneer commented on the post, capping off his salute with a fire emoji.
