Drake’s fan-favorited track, “Nonstop,” from his 2018 album, Scorpion, has gotten a second wind thanks to the newly-popularized video-sharing social platform TikTok.

  1. In the first bar of the track, Drizzy opens with “I just flipped a switch (flip, flip),” and TikTok users have spun those lyrics into the #FlipTheSwitch challenge that has been rapidly sweeping across social media. One particular interpretation of the challenge warranted a response from the 6 God himself.

On Saturday (Mar. 7), former Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren appeared on NBC’s Saturday Night Live where she teamed up with SNL cast member Kate McKinnon (who frequently portrays Warren on the show) to drop their spin on the challenge.

  2. The show’s official Instagram page posted a video of the two backstage in a dressing room where they filmed themselves flipping the switch to the social platform.

It didn’t take long for the video to make its way back to Drizzy, who popped into the comment sections under the post to offer his thoughts. “Wow, I need to come home,” he responded.

The “Flip The Switch” has only continued to gain traction on social media. The following day, Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, also shared their challenge, wherein The pop star and retired New York Yankees baseball player hilariously swapped fits.
