Mess with the Queen Bee and she stings back -- but with tact.
Lil’ Kim is responding to Bhad Bhabie after the controversial internet celebrity-turned-rapper claimed that the hip-hop superstar “got plastic surgery to make herself look like a white person.”
Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, found herself facing a fiery storm of criticism after she posted videos of herself with a noticeable darker skin tone. She pointed to Lil Kim and tried to claim double standards were going on, even though the “Crush on You” rapper has dealt with scrutiny over her appearance.
“Lil Kim wears f*****g foundation, and no disrespect towards Lil' Kim, I am actually a fan of her...but the girl wears foundation that's too light for her face. The girl went and got a nose job to have a smaller nose like white people. Like, y'all don't see that?” Bregoli said. “She literally got surgery to make herself look like a white person...and y'all don't say a g*****n word about her.”
But on Tuesday (April 14), Lil’ Kim took to her Instagram Stories where she addressed Bregoli’s remarks. “That Lil Kim hate [is] different. Now that’s power. How tf I become a target in the middle of a pandemic?
“There’s more important things going on in the world right now but you better believe when this is all over, I’ma put a date and address on it and seal it with kiss,” she issued, with a kiss emoji.
