Behind The Rhyme presents “Your Voice, Your Vote,” a live special, which will include coverage and a simulcast of the Democratic National Convention featuring four amazing DJs each night to introduce the Party’s festivities. Each DJ will perform during the streaming event; some of whom you know and some who might be new to your growing playlist. Suffice to say, the DNC has excellent taste in music.

Founder of the organization Black Girls Rock! Bond hails from The Big Apple and has DJed for some of the most star-studded events and gatherings for over two decades. The CFDA Awards, the Glamour Fashion Awards, the VH1 Fashion Awards, ESPN's X-Games Awards, New York Fashion Week, and NY’s Planet Hollywood opening are just a handful of the occasions Bond has blessed with her turntable skills.

Last month, Bond joined recently anointed vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris and others for the “Get Up, Stand Up!” virtual fundraiser in support of Joe Biden’s 2020 White House bid. At the 2016 Black Girls Rock! award show, Bond was thanked by Hillary Clinton for her relentless promotion of Black women.

Mostly known for his ability to spot amazing talent, Jermaine Dupri can still get into it if you present him with some turntables. The So So Def founder has signed and produced some of the Hip Hop and R&B industry’s top acts during the late 90s and early 2000s, including Usher, Da Brat, Bow Wow, Jagged Edge, Kriss Kross, Mariah Carey and more.

In April, Dupri hosted a live DJ set on his Instagram page to "join in a moment of solidarity and celebration for all that Atlanta offers and for the people, businesses, sports, arts, and entertainment that make Atlanta so unique."
